The refund or exchange is made within 48 hours of the cigars arriving to our return facility, once we had a chance to review the package for missing cigars, the quality in which the cigars/box came back, we refund or exchange. Yes, it’s that simple.

If the cigars arrive damaged or incomplete, the customer may be responsible for some of the costs or the entire cost. We work hard to make your experience a great one! We pay for the return shipping; we only ask the customer to take extra care when packaging the cigars for shipping.
